The purpose of these studies is to give some direction to those who have a heart to serve the Lord Jesus Christ as a leaders, elders or as a pastor.

Jesus has called us to feed His sheep and as leaders we need to learn how to do this.
This set of studies is to be used as a resource in the management of a church. It is only an indicator to the leadership and the brethren of what may be done. In some cases what should not be done within the running of a church.
John 21:15 Then when they broke fast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these? He said to Him, Yes, Lord, You know that I love You. He said to him, Feed My lambs. John 21:16 He said to him the second time, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me? He said to Him, Yes, Lord, You know that I love You. He said to him, Feed My sheep. John 21:17 He said to him the third time, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me? Peter was grieved because He said to him a third time, Do you love Me? And he said to Him, Lord, You know all things, You know that I love You. Jesus said to him, Feed My sheep.

This course is in conjunction with the Bible College course. That is to say you must have completed the first two years and doing year three for full recognition.
