CLARION CALL
“GET BACK TO THE BIBLE”
The whore of Babylon has risen to power as a political organization living on the blood of the saints.
From my Book Babylon must fall!: “The New Testament Ecclesiastical Management Structure for Successful Growth”
https://books.google.co.uk/books/about/Babylon_must_fall.html?id=d3YkDwAAQBAJ&redir_esc=y
Why the title of this book? “Babylon must fall!”
It is simple that many church groups are running a hierarchical centralized dictatorship form of management which runs many little churches, like the Roman church did. The local church is under attack with Summit Fever; and in many cases it does not even know that it is! Summit Fever has gripped many local churches with denominational thinking and they are committing whoredom.
Summit Fever is defined as the dangerous state or compulsion to reach the summit of a mountain in spite of the costs. It is a mental condition which tells climbers they have come too far to turn back, despite exhaustion or ignoring danger signs that would be normally observed when a person is not so tired or having more oxygen.
We are getting closer to Christ’s return and it is time to get back to the structure that is set out in our Bibles, which we call the Apostolic model.
Parts of the local and universal Church are being raped and pillaged while some believers are gazing upon the victim, (as in the parable of the “Good Samaritan”) as they walk by doing nothing. Who will stop to bind up the wounds and comfort the distressed victim? Some may say “That’s life” and that is the way it has been for a long time and that is the way it must be in a contemporary church too. As the Samaritan poured in oil and wine into the victim, so the anointing of the Holy Spirit is the presence of Christ.
Summit Fever has led to some groups and fellowships of churches to commit spiritual whoredom to become popular, rich and powerful. Many gimmicks are in operation; windows painted out, walls darkened, flashing lights, smoke machines, unscriptural songs, and unrepentant tattooed leaders, acceptance of homosexuality, sin and crass talking ministries (Ephesians 5:3-5). I have even seen and heard at a conference leader making an offer of a gift to get people to take on Bible college study. What is wrong with this thinking and their relationship with Christ?
Anointed is anointed! No need to throw away what is anointed for something new because it is new. Hay! The walls can be bright; the lights can be on, and with no smoke machine. It’s the anointing of Jesus, not the gimmicks that brings people.
Something must be done to stop the degeneration within the Church. This cancerous growth must be cut out!
Let us push onto the summit in God when the conditions are right and they are right; that is to Say, “BACK TO THE BIBLE!”
If we bring into the Church; businesses, pyramid marketing, politics, a centralized management structure for all the member churches in a denomination, we have veered away from a holy life. Then we may hear, “away from me I know you not”.
Do not be blinded by structures of government, programs or plans to achieve fame, power, control and fortune for financial security in the church. It is with all certainty that these goals will compromise the fabric of the Church and the quality of your Christian walk. But we can have the popularity; power and financial security that Jesus wants us to have, but without Jesus, any other way is a compromise!
You have “Summit Fever” when you bring your work, political views, ego, and thirst for power into the Church. Many die from summit fever, blinded by the conditions, so close to the top but not quite there; because the conditions have turned bad, they think that they are so close to the top and that they push on forgetting the plan of safety to stop in bad conditions, and then die on the ascent. As in the world when these things happen so it is in God’s Kingdom if you don’t stick to His plan you will certainly not reach your goal. We need to take a stand for holiness by getting rid of the abominations in the Holy place and follow the Godly order as set out in the New Testament.
Let us get BACK TO THE BIBLE and see Babylon fall as Christ’s Kingdom rises. Simply organise your church based on the Bible and not the tradition you may think is Biblical and then watch and see your church grow.
Pentecostal churches are also following traditions which are not Biblical. By following the New Testament Ecclesiastical Management Structure for successful growth, as outlined in our Bibles and explained in this book you will find it very helpful and beneficial as you listen to the Holy Spirit of God.
When the whole teaching of the Bible is considered, it has to be consistent!
Let us get back to the Bible and have fellowship one with another.
Dear Pastor Traill
Again thank you for the above message as I was reading it I was reminded of the Israelites when the asked Samuel to make them a king so that they could be like the nations around them; he warned them that to have a king would be harsh, and that he would tax them dearly, but they wanted one anyway, they wanted monocratic rule instead of Theocratic rule, moncratic rule is ruthless, Theocratic rule is peaceful, merciful and totally just.
This is what is happening today in the Babylonian based Church administration, we have thrown away God’s Theocratic leading (That of the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and the truth of God’s Word through Christ Jesus) and turned to man’s moncratic and dare I even say Democratic voice of man in the place of the anointing of the Holy Spirit and God’s direction.
Israel wanted a king which lead them to idolatry, today we want man rather then God to guide us, this also leads to idolatry; because the Lord has been left out of all of the programs and services as well as thw so called ministry of the word or should I say PREACHING mans thought not God’s truth.
When the Lord God is left out confusion take control.
James said in 4: 7 & 8 “…Therefore submit to God,resist the Devil and he will flee from you.
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts you double minded…”
Thank yo Brother Ian

Dear Brother George, Your reply is so true and I mention that in my book.
It is hope we could see the Church come back into homes where all contribute to the overall benefit of the saints.
Bless you

Dear Ian,
I enjoyed reading your article and agree that we must return to the Bible for everything. The Bible is not only God’s wonderful divine revelation to us, allowing us to get a good glimpse of his holy and righteous character and attributes but is also a progressive revelation of his redemptive plan through His Son Jesus. In addition their is much wisdom if we learn to follow the principles taught. And the Lord’s Second Coming is our vindication, our blessed hope, our resurrection and eternal presence with our Lord.
The true church, the body of Christ cuts across denominations and various traditions and even gimmicks that are being employed today. It is the invisible church in this sense. It is those who have come to Christ in faith and repentance and have received the regeneration of their hearts (new birth), and as such are baptised in the Holy Spirit. Even though many profess Christ not all are of Christ. Only our Lord knows that. True Christians will acknowledge that the only basis of Godly authority is found from the scriptures contained in the Old and New Testaments.
As for me I’m comfortable that the example of New Testament churches when established were ruled often by a multiple of elders (Presbyters), all fulfilling the biblical qualifications as we’re reminded in Timothy and Titus. Within each congregation there was usually one presbyter whose primary role was teaching and preaching.
Some have taken the use of overseer (epistopos) to be bishop but effectively an elder and bishop were the same in role and function. All elders are equal in status and one elder or bishop shouldn’t be elevated above another which is what effectively occurred with the elevation of the elder of Rome to become a pope, and similarly in the orthodox tradition as well. It is Christ who is head of his church. He is the king of kings and lord of lords.
We are indeed in the ‘Last Days.’ The last days being the time from Christs first coming to his second coming. And the role of the church is basically twofold, the worship of the triune God through prayer, praise and proclamation of Gods holy word (Acts 2:42) and to make disciples of unbelievers (Matthew 28:18-20). Of course within that there is a variety of ways but ultimately it’s the sharing, the teaching and the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I agree that we don’t need the worlds artistry in music and gimmicks (special effects lighting and smoke machines). It’s the Holy Spirit who effectively draws people to Christ and he uses ordinary people like us all to be the spokesman.
Our prayer today is for an extraordinary outpouring of the Holy Spirit in countries such as Australia as we’re becoming more godless by the day.
May the Lord continue to bless you in your ministry.
Many Blessings to you.

Dear Chris
Thank you for your message. It is a great encouragement to me. Having known me before I became a Christian and as you were a Christian, it means a lot to me. When I became a Christian I said, “It’s all or nothing”. This has kept me safe in His hands.
It is great to hear from others that serve in the Body of Christ that they want the Church to get back to the Bible. So many so-called-Christians compromise the Word of God and want revival in their churches. We are fundamental in our view of Scripture here in China and we are seeing more and more people saved, trained and go out from our home church and start their own campuses. We have hundreds of teacher and thousands of Children and all I do is stay true to the Word of God and teach.
We have an ecclesia structure where any of our members can share if they feel led. We see the ministry gifts, not as a position of superiority but A TASK for serving. I have written a book on this and when I get to Australia in October maybe we could catch up so I can give you one.
Thank you once again and all the best in your service to our great and glorious God, Jesus.
